1. Services & Scope

Motionism Studio provides 3D motion design, product visualization, and creative assets specifically optimized for Amazon eCommerce (including but not limited to A+ Content, Storefront videos, and Main Image CTR optimization). Scope of work is defined per project in the signed proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment, the Client owns the final exported video/image assets for use on Amazon and social channels.
  • Studio Rights: Motionism Studio retains the right to use non-confidential renders and "behind-the-scenes" process shots for promotional and portfolio purposes unless a formal NDA is in place.
  • Source Files: Working project files (C4D, Houdini, AE project files) remain the property of Motionism Studio unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Revisions & Feedback

We believe in "Motion with Precision." Every project includes two rounds of revisions at the storyboard or animatic stage. Significant changes to 3D geometry or physics simulations after the rendering phase has begun may incur additional "re-render" fees.

4. Amazon Compliance

While we design assets to meet Amazon’s technical specifications (file size, aspect ratios, etc.), the Client is responsible for final compliance with Amazon’s Category-specific TOS. Motionism Studio is not liable for listings flagged due to claim-based content provided by the Client.

5. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book studio time.
  • Final delivery of watermark-free assets occurs only after the remaining balance is settled.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly via our "Get in Touch" form, including your name, email, and Amazon Storefront URL. We use this strictly to communicate about your project and provide tailored creative strategy.

2. Confidentiality & Product Protection

We understand that eCommerce involves "Top Secret" product launches.

  • We do not share your CAD files, blueprints, or unreleased product photography with third parties.
  • All project data is stored on secured, encrypted cloud servers.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses standard cookies (via Webflow and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our portfolio. This helps us see which of our 3D styles are trending. You can opt-out via your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to Amazon or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.
